WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with your product management teammates as well as geo and global merchandising, sourcing, production art and development teams to manage the product creation process.

You will also partner with Brand Marketing and Marketplace teams as needed to ensure communication across key product priorities and retail strategy for the most intuitive understanding of our product lines for both athlete and consumer.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • 3+ years of validated experience in a relevant role
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Passion for product
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
  • Demonstrated history of excellence, curiosity and proactive problem solving

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Energy Apparel team manages all the apparel that drives authentic connections with our most discerning consumers, helping them fall and stay in love with new ideas from the Brand. This role supports all aspects of the product creation process, and you will work with external collaborators, inline product management, merchandising, materials, development and sourcing teams on the apparel creation process from line planning through final product approval. As well as the go-to-market process after final product approval.

The candidate will conduct research on our product, consumer and marketplace, and lead product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools and effectively collaborate across functional partners. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.

In addition to supporting the Product Leadership team you will provide strategic, systems and process leadership. A typical week will include ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, product sample management, participating in and leading meetings and providing clear communication to guide our cross functional team through critical checkpoints. You will ensure data is accurate for all styles and aspects of the entire line through system management.
