SR. PRINCIPAL, NSW ATHLETIC SPECIALTY FOOTWEAR SALES
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Sr. Principal NSW Athletic Specialty Footwear Sales will be part of the EMEA SALES organisation and report into the Sr. Sales Director NSW.
Key stakeholders that he/she/they will work with include (but are not limited to): Key Account (Powerplayer) sales leaders and executives, Country NSW Channel leaders, peer NSW sales channel leaders, consumer and channel merchandising and NSW focused planning leaders.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
For the Sr. Principal NSW Athletic Specialty Footwear Sales role we are looking for a candidate that:
Has extensive years of relevant industry experience in creating, leading and executing a commercial strategy through the lens of a category, region or key account.
Can translate a Global/Geography strategy to a channel and market specific consumer-centric strategy
Has a proven track record in growing revenue through product differentiation and diversification, assortment elevation and marketplace expansion
Excels in multi-level and cross-functional stakeholder management, both internally and externally
Has a growth mindset and strong knowledge / interest in sneaker and streetwear culture
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As part of the EMEA NSW Sales team you will work with your leader, peers, cross-functional collaborators and account and regional representatives on further developing and accelerating the NSW Athletic Specialty Footwear business:
You will translate the Global/Geo NSW direction to Athletic Specialty channel specific multi-year and seasonal strategies and lead the implementation and execution of said strategy
You will do this by creating channel, market and account specific differentiation, facilitate retail experience elevation and advise on channel and partner expansion
You will help gather consumer insights and apply these into your commercial strategy as well as inform channel/consumer merchandising teams on marketplace needs and growth opportunities. As a representative of the offense you play an active role in preparing, participating and/or following up from formal account engagement processes with our global product teams
You will lead seasonal GTM planning and execution to drive readiness and inspiration for your channel and the holistic NSW Footwear business
You help drive the GTM process for our top Power Player retail partners by collaborating with the account leaders and presenting at seasonal kick-off meetings
You support Strategic Account & Country seasonal commercial targets, including your specific channel growth goals
You engage on a day-to-day basis with key stakeholders across the Account and Country teams
