WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Senior Principal, Business Integration Transformation GC is part of the Business Integration team and partners closely with cross functional leadership team. You co-own the Sport Led Operations offense with the other Sport Business Integration counterparts and report to the Sr. Director, Business Integration GC.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Strategic Focus

  • Shaping, driving and governing a strategic and thoughtfully sequenced portfolio that delivers sustained value for our consumers, our team, and Nike
  • Establishing a consistent delivery framework for initiatives and driving strategic implementation from vision to value realization

Accountability

  • Partner with Geo leadership to enhance visibility into Geo’s most critical initiatives and services—spanning planning, execution, and stabilization—while ensuring continuity through pivotal business moments
  • Adopt a holistic lens to evaluate market nuances, change impacts, capability needs, and interdependence across both new and ongoing initiatives, with a sharp focus on accelerating Nike’s Growth and Win Now priorities.
  • Collaborate with Geo leaders to define the optimal sequencing of work, manage trade-offs, and drive successful execution—ensuring meaningful adoption and sustained change across the Geo team.
  • Partner with key functions to assess resource needs, capability gaps, and readiness requirements for high-value, complex Geo programs
  • Lead end-to-end reporting of the Geo’s prioritized portfolio, spotlighting key wins and surfacing opportunities to accelerate delivery and impact.
  • Proactively identify early risks and trade-off scenarios to simplify execution and enable timely, cross-functional decision-making.
  • Scale program excellence by embedding best practices and cultivating a strong community of practice across Geo teams

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • 7+ years in strategy, consulting, ops or related role
  • Deep process and operational experience, familiarity with the CODE Process is preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem solving; able to move from insight to actions with proven success leading cross-functional projects in a matrix environment
  • Collaborative & strong communication skillset, including strong story-telling skills including PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentations
  • Ability to influence and facilitate at leadership levels
  • Change agent/change management skills
