Senior Principal, Change Management, Transformational Change – NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Provide overall HR strategic direction for a business unit which develops the overall strategic direction for HR; Lead teammates and support strategic HR change including transformation initiatives; Collaborate with cross-functional programs and project teams to provide expertise to various HR partners globally; Develop plans and change experiences that emphasize collective readiness as well as effective and coordinated activation; Lead the change management strategy and plan for company HR’s strategic change and transformation initiatives that seek to elevate the teammate experience for all employees; Build a strategy that predicts and measures readiness and behavior adoption at any given moment in time; Play a leading role in building the capability of the Change Management team, as well as our business partners, by engaging with senior leaders and supporting them in successfully carrying out their sponsor role; Define and measure key metrics that will be used to assess what successful change management looks like within the company; and Manage budget and relationship with selected external partners and contractors for change management efforts. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a change management-related occupation.
