As the Senior Principal Global Sales Core Footwear, you will be the commercial voice of our Key Wholesale Partners into the Global Core Footwear team. You will work closely with the Global Core Footwear team as well ask Global and Sport Sales Directors and Geography Sales Directors and as well as Kkey StrategicWholesale Partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Principal in sales who will work with the Global Core Footwear team, Global and Geography Sales Directors and Key Georgraphy Wholesale Partners. You will lead the development of seasonal sales plans, and drive the commercial strategy at key seasonal gates. This role will help foster key market and account insights back into the sport teams to inform future strategies and identify marketplace opportunities.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of leading key business initiatives with clear results, developing and executing plans in highly matrixed environments, and has a strong leadership presence working cross-functionally. The capacity to deal withmanageambiguity and demonstrate high resilience while influencing enterally and externally will be key to the success of this role.
Account Relationships:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to dDevelop strong account relationships that lead to collaborative, appropriate engagement with the Core Footwear team. Establishing strong relationships with key custome partnerr employeesstakeholdersincluding executives, buyers, etc. is critical in order to influence and execute Nike’s Core Footwear business.

- Minimum 10 years experience in Strategic or Key Account sales or Strategic or Key Account facing roles required.
- Experience leading retail sales efforts for a channel required
- Expert understanding of retail and in-store environment required
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate
- Account product distribution / segmentation strategy experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40% may be required
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Senior Sales DirectorPrincipal for Global Core Footwear, you will be the commercial voice of our Key Wholesale Partners into the Global Core Footwear team. You will also lead the offense as we pivot from Product Creation to Go Toto Market. You will be responsible for creating and driving implementation of strategic growth plans that include a channel focus as well as specific plans for strategic partners. In addition, you will:
- Develop 3-year, annual and seasonal commercial strategies by channel including direction on must win partners and key retail destinations
- Leverage marketplace, product and competitive insights to influence and align seasonal global sales targets, channel opportunities, future growth drivers and franchise / marketplace health
- Drive seasonal readiness by leading the commercial global CODE process, providing Sport sell-in tools, and coordination
- Coordinate, partner and fFollow through on KAPE commitments and tracking sample access
- Inspire account leadership by sharing the Global Core Footwear strategies at Partner Summits and T2Ts
- Serve Geo sales teams by providing clear strategic guidance and delivering cross functionally supported, seasonal sports commercial plans.
- Leverage Geo feedback to influence marketing and assortment strategies to Geo Sport Sales teams to enable their growth targets and overall business health
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- 8+ years' work experience in applicable field required
- Experience leading sales with external account teams required
- Expert understanding of visual retail marketing and in-store environment required
- Account product distribution strategy experience
- Budget management experience required
- Ability to travel up to 40% may be required
