WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Alongside your team, you’ll help build and implement HR Strategy across business units and multiple teams. As Senior Principal HRBP, GC Finance, Strategy, GPS & Procurement, you will report to the Senior Director, HRBP, Global Finance, Strategy, Growth Initiatives & Procurement and will collaborate closely with the business, Global BHR, COEs, and People Solutions to integrate and implement HR People and Talent Strategies. You will operate at a unique intersection of strategy, organization, and talent, providing the nuanced HR leadership and consultation required to elevate support to the business and the teammate experience.
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Sr Principal, BHR Partner is responsible for providing solutions, thought partnership and business talent strategies to senior leaders. We are looking for a passionate HR leader to communicate, execute and deliver key HR programs, best practices and people solutions to our Geo team. BHRs provide strategic consultation and coaching to Executive/Corporate leaders on organizational issues that contribute to growth of the business and the team. We are searching for an HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and can demonstrate strong executive communication and presentation skills to communicate across all levels of the organization.

* 10 years of experience of demonstrated business-facing HR experience in HRBP, HR Generalist and/or HR COE roles
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training
* Experience supporting executive leaders in organizations.
* Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking.
* Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders as a trusted advisor and coach, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth through influencing.
* Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards.
* Demonstrable experience setting and leading organizational effectiveness, organization efficiency and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent strategies.
