As a leader in PSC, you will provide leadership and consultation to teams defining and delivering on strategic plans in various stages across the product lifecycle including sourcing and manufacturing. You will own relationships with key partners and will be responsible for driving strategic alignment and performance in coordination with a wide range of Nike functional teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced leader to be part of the company’s evolution of management and engagement with our apparel and accessories factory partners in South Asia and EMEA.  

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience in Leadership-level planning and performance management of Business, Manufacturing or Supply Chain or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience in Footwear, Apparel or Accessories a plus.

  • Proven experience in Manufacturing, Sourcing, Planning or Supply Chain Management.

  • Understanding of Costing, Product Creation and Development, Logistics, Tier 1-2-3 relationships and Distribution.

  • Ability to build, communicate and execute strategies and business plans.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • High emotional intelligence with a successful history of networking and influencing without direct authority to mobilize internal and external resources.

  • Strong track record of managing external supplier / vendor relationships and being the compelling voice of a brand and/or navigating and influencing in large, complex organizations is critical. 

  • Deep expertise in working with and advising senior leaders, including establishing and overseeing governance.

  • Experience with risk and issue management is critical to the success of this role.

  • Ability to travel up to 25 % of the time.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Partner Management (PM) focuses on increasing alignment, capabilities, and sustained drive to support the goal of creating a digital-first supply chain that is responsive, resilient, and responsible. Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:

  • Building trust and influencing inside and outside the organization, with the ability to manage both high level strategy and detailed metrics, issues, priorities, even when you don’t own them.

  • Competencies required include risk management, governance and collaboration, capacity and lead-time management, strategy alignment, performance management, and capability development. These skills ensure business continuity, drive clarity, collaboration, accountability, and elevate partner manufacturing capacity, agility, and flexibility.

  • Driving meaningful cross functional communication internally and externally on key engagements moments throughout the year.

  • Support project work that supports the future of the APAC supply chain aligned with our key strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with a diverse group of Nike functional experts across the apparel and accessories business located in Asia and the United States of America.

  • As a senior member of the PM function, you will support the Leadership Team in delivering the needs of the business and team, ensuring effective collaboration and strategic alignment across regions.

  • Regularly showcasing management and leadership skills within the Partner Management organization and with other functional leaders.
