Part of the Global Nike Concept Team, the Styling function sits at the heart of the product lifecycle process from conceptual ideas to retail reality. The team co-creates the head-to-toe styling strategy for Nike. Candidates for this role must be collaborative, resourceful and tactical, as they will support the Styling team bring creative strategy and big ideas to life.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


The candidate is an effective communicator and problem solver, focused on supporting the Styling function to bring to life the strategy through presentations, physical spaces, and photoshoots. You have production and post-production experience, work in ambiguity and energized by the challenge of learning as you go.

You have excellent photoshop skills and are capable of creating effective tools to influence and educate other functions. Whether on set, in internal meetings or partnering with external vendors, you can think strategically, drive the work forward and influence decision making. You’re an expert collaborator who knows how to get the best out of everyone, circulating the most important information clearly and effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • As part of the Global Concept Team, you will support the vision for how Styling come to life for Nike through the coordination of photoshoots, showroom builds and Styling tools.
  • You’ll collaborate with different teams to deliver creative in accordance with our vision.
  • You’ll work end-to-end on projects, from brief to final delivery, keeping project tasks, resources and vendors on plan and within budget.
  • A given week can consist of brainstorms, planning and preparing for various workstreams as well as building documents, all whilst partnering with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors.
  • A multi-tasking expert, you will juggle multiple seasons and workstreams at any given time.
  • You will support building Styling tools to share the work effectively.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Senior Producer reports to the Senior Director, Styling Excellence, and works end-to-end to support the process for how we bring our product to life.

Primary functional relationships include:

  • Merchandising
  • Operations
  • External Vendors

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • A minimum of 3 years direct work experience in production, agency, post production or digital roles.
  • A passion and understanding of creative disciplines and an interest in cultivating a borad network of external partners.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet assigned deadlines, excellent organizational skills and budget management.
  • Ability to orchestrate collaboration across a network of functions to influence decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional skills in Keynote and Photoshop.
  • Mac proficiency and experience in Airtable and Coupa a plus.
  • Excellent influencing & negotiating skills required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
