WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) to join the Global Jordan Footwear and Promo Product Team. An ideal Senior PLM is a collaborative teammate with a history of excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and phenomenal attention to detail. You will need strong organizational skills, a drive for crafting outstanding product and the ability to learn & adapt quickly. A passion for serving our consumers is a requirement! We are looking for someone who will partner effectively with diverse teams throughout the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As Senior Product Line Manager, Global Jordan - Footwear/Promo, you will work daily with our design, development, brand, sports marketing, and merchandising teams to create compelling footwear collections seasonally. You will also work closely with the balance of the footwear team and cross functional partners to develop line plans and implement future product footwear strategies.

You will be seen as a leader for the business, expected to keep projects on task and communicate regularly to both internal and external partners. You will work closely with your triad team each week to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, design reviews, external partner reviews and approvals, and sample order management and deadlines.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with your product management cross-gender teammates and global merchandising, design, development, sourcing, and marketing teams to manage the product creation and advise our go- to-market processes. You will also partner with the Consumer Insights team as needed to ensure alignment across insight gathering and implementing it into the creation process.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail merchandising, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience or training

  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience in product creation, merchandising or brand marketing

  • Influencing skills - ability to drive vision and strategy across functions while respecting the balance of competing interests

  • Proven experience translating a vision into a multi-year product journey

  • Understanding of footwear construction and development

  • Proven track record of applying vision to drive concepts to new space

  • Passion for lifestyle footwear, culture, and storytelling

  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the streetwear consumer (tastes, habits, references, interests & behaviors)

  • Curiosity. Possess a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas, and opportunities

  • Proven ability to capture consumer insights and translate them into compelling product solutions

  • Strong business acumen with a proven record for achieving sustainable growth

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and deadlines

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
