WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead the Men’s Sportswear Apparel – Classics category within the Global Men’s Apparel Product Team. This role is responsible for driving the product creation process from initial concept through commercialization and production, ensuring alignment with critical dates, product specifications, sustainability goals, and profitability targets.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for lifestyle apparel and a deep understanding of the streetwear consumer. You’ll be expected to influence cross-functional teams, manage seasonal line plans, and deliver compelling product assortments that resonate with our global consumer base.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 3+ years relevant industry experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing.
- Proven ability to translate consumer insights into compelling product solutions.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to drive strategy across functions.
- Deep understanding of apparel construction and development.
- Passion for lifestyle apparel and culture.
- Experience managing complex timelines and delivering against key milestones.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Lead the seasonal product creation process for the Classics category, partnering with design, development, merchandising, and brand teams.
- Develop and execute multi-season line plans that reflect consumer insights, marketplace trends, and business objectives.
- Own product briefs, design reviews, sample management, and milestone tracking across the product calendar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of samples and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
- Champion the Classics consumer and ensure product solutions reflect their tastes, habits, and cultural preferences.
