WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional environment; footwear, product testing, development, or related fields preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in perception studies and consumer insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with statistical analysis tools
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Manage all aspects of product testing, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Recruit and maintain relationships with testers and athletes
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and performance gaps
- Present findings and recommendations to Innovation Product Creation teams
- Lead feedback sessions to capture athlete insights and specify fit, performance, and durability issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence product decisions
- Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally to support testing initiatives
