WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a critical art/design member of the Nike Training, ACG & Kids Brand Creative team. You will deliver exceptional execution of concepts, visual language, and creative thinking alongside internal and external creative partners.
You are a multidisciplinary creative with an interest in working across multiple mediums, including but not limited to: art direction, graphic design, typography, motion and stills (across platforms), channel‑specific executions, and real‑life branded experiences. You enjoy collaborating and working in environments where you can learn, be given responsibility, and explore creative ideas while working against a clear brief.
You enjoy exploring new areas and pushing your thinking to deliver innovative creative work. You have a strong ability to meet the strategic goals of briefs and aren’t afraid to ask questions when things aren’t clear. You can articulate interesting tensions and design with versatility when visually problem-solving. You enjoy crafting details from start to finish and proactively look to develop these skills.
You have experience leading your own workstreams and presenting ideas to partners. You have a passion for art and design and proactively stay aware of new trends. You enjoy commissioning external talent and have experience briefing and critiquing others’ work. You continuously seek new talent and creative partners, working to grow your creative network across all areas. You are excited about new technology and actively work to understand this ever‑evolving landscape.
You are flexible, critical, fast‑thinking, and an action‑oriented team player. You are comfortable iterating and not afraid to make mistakes.
