Are you ready to help shape the future of football culture in Germany? As Senior Professional, Brand Marketing, Football, Germany (m/f/d), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Nike’s football brand strategy across Central Europe, with a strong focus on the German market.
Based in Berlin, you’ll join the Central Territory Marketing team, where sport, culture, and community come together. Your role will bring Nike’s football vision to life through impactful storytelling, strategic campaigns, and on-the-ground activations that connect with athletes, consumers, and cultural leaders in authentic and inspiring ways.
You’ll take global campaigns and tailor them for local impact, helping Nike stand out in one of the world’s most passionate football markets.
Who You’ll Work With
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Central marketing team while collaborating with key partners across Sports Marketing, Communications, Energy Marketing, and Social Community and Impact.
You’ll also build relationships with local creators, community organizers, clubs, and other cultural voices who shape the football scene in Germany. Your work will stay closely aligned with the EMEA Football and Nike Sportswear Brand Teams, as well as Brand Creative; ensuring a unified approach across strategy and execution.

You’re a culturally aware, forward-thinking brand marketeer with a deep love for football and a strong understanding of what moves youth culture today. You know how to turn insights into ideas, and ideas into work that resonates. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are ready to drive impact on a local and regional scale.
What you bring:
- Experience in brand marketing and/or campaign or content management, with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Ideally, experience in football marketing or content roles, with a deep understanding of the football consumer in Germany.
- Experience working with professional athletes, clubs, or federations, with the ability to manage those relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of streetwear, lifestyle, and sportswear culture in Germany.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, and youth-focused digital platforms.
- Familiarity with the football retail environment in Germany, including working with retail partners.
- A proven track record of leading projects and aligning teams internally and externally.
- A personal connection to football culture and a strong understanding of its relevance both on and off the pitch.
- A flexible, proactive mindset and comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
What You’ll Work On
Reporting to the Manager, Brand Marketing Football, Germany, you’ll be responsible for delivering Nike Football’s brand impact across the country.
You’ll lead the planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns, from concept through to activation. You’ll bring energy and precision to product launches, cultural moments, and grassroots initiatives that speak directly to the football community in Germany.
Your work will connect Nike’s global football strategy to local audiences in a way that’s authentic, meaningful, and forward-looking. You’ll manage cross-functional alignment, foster key partnerships, and ensure every execution reflects the voice of the German football consumer, while staying aligned with Nike’s broader brand direction.
