WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Professional, Global Brand Communications who will support the development and execution of global communication strategies that elevate the Converse brand. You bring strong storytelling skills, a passion for brand voice, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful communication initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Support the creation and execution of global brand communication strategies and narratives.
Partner with Key City Media Relations teams, as well as Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
Develop communication materials and assets for seasonal product priorities including briefs, messaging frameworks, content guidelines and product seeding plans.
Assist in planning and delivering brand campaigns, product launches, and global moments.
Monitor cultural, consumer, and media trends to inform communication strategies.
Collaborate with Geo partners to ensure global alignment and local relevance.
Support cross-functional communication needs and internal storytelling initiatives.
Maintain organization of communication assets, calendars, and workflows.

This role typically reports to a Director within Global Brand Communications.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Art or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
3+ years of experience in brand communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
Understanding of consumer, cultural, and media trends.
Experience supporting communication strategies, brand activations and campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Keynote, Slack and Microsoft Office Suite required.
Prior experience with communications measurement tools like Meltwater, Onclusive, Cision or Sprinklr a plus.
Interest in Sportswear, Energy Collaborations, Footwear and Apparel.
Passion for brand storytelling, fashion and Culture, and authentic love of the Converse brand.
Curiosity and willingness to learn.
