The annual base salary for this position ranges from $84,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $167,100.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Professional, Global Communications Operations specialist to support and optimize operational processes of the function that strengthen Converse’s global business. You bring strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to partner across functions to drive efficiency, collaboration and alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Support the development and execution of global operational strategies and process improvements.

  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows across Communications, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Integration teams.

  • Support global initiatives related to budgeting, planning, logistics, and operational readiness.

  • Play integral role in function’s operational excellence – maintain documentation, process maps, operational playbooks, planning calendars and presentation templates.

  • Run key functional meetings, from scheduling to agenda setting and recapping.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and execution.

  • Support issue resolution, escalation management, and operational communication.

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • Primarily supporting Global Communications, and working with Cross-Functional Partners including: Key City Media Relations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Business Integration

  • Partner with Global Communications Operations across NIKE, Inc. ecosystem

  • External vendors and agency partners

  • This role typically reports to a Sr. Director within Global Communications.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, communications or related fields.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across global teams.

  • Understanding of operational workflows, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Experience supporting operational initiatives or global programs.

  • Some experience in budget management preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for operations, communications and the Converse brand.
