The Senior Professional, GPS Services Icon SH is responsible for activities related to support corporate and business needs. Activities include building operations, customer experience as well as the administration and management of on-site employee-oriented programs dedicated to creating an ideal work environment.

An ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in solving problems using limited information and implementing solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications; take initiative to improve upon existing processes; frequently advise others on complex matters with in-depth knowledge and concept thinking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and oversees daily workplace operations for ICON SH

  • Responsible for developing and implementing plans workplace service to meet stakeholders and end-users requirements within financial budget and targeted timeline

  • Deploys processes and standards according to GPS global guidelines and ensure corporate compliance

  • Provides consistency and visibility to GPS global team via strong interaction and collaboration both internally and externally

  • Develops and implements workplace strategies through productivity, supplier management, quality improvements and cost efficiencies

  • Coordinate budget planning and manage it monthly/quarterly/annual vs actual financial reports; set up short/mid/long-term objectives and goals that align with GPS and Nike Inc. strategies

  • Share best practices, workplace intelligence, and expertise with GPS global peers to continuously evolve the Nike workplace operations

  • Immerse and enable the strategic partner(s) into Nikes workplace programming

  • Partner with x-functional team to deep dive business demand and develop business case and financial model for appropriation request (AR) approval

  • Co-work with multiple stakeholders and business functions to drive the rhythm of business that includes annual operation plan (AOP), 3-year corporate strategic review (CSR), business roadmap etc.

  • Build and evolve partner assessment and onboarding process in a standardized format to improve efficiency and mitigate financial risk

  • Lead places and service contract management (Global MSA, Critical T&C, KPIs), cost management (CapEx,OpEx, WBS, Cashflow, Forecast Vs Actual, Variance analysis), procurement operation (PR, PO, IR, GR) and asset management (AUC, FA, Depreciation, Inventory check, Disposal) throughout entire project lifecycle

  • Leverage global strategic partnership framework, model & KPIs and customize to accommodate local needs for end-to-end workplace & service delivery

  • Support ICON SH CAPEX/OPEX workplace projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in facilities management, engineering, business etc., or equivalent

  • Minimum of 10+ years of directly relevant experience in corporate real estate / facilities experience in workplace strategy, CAPEX projects and operations.

  • Strong cooperate real estate finance and business sense with proved experience

  • Demonstrate regional or sub-regional experience in facility operations and projects, and ability to manage regional portfolio of from service office to operational location

  • Experience working and socializing solutions within a complex regionally driven organization with good problem structuring and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple business partners and relevant stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams and provide facility management expertise to deliver business results   

  • Location of Role: Primary Location: ICON SH (Shanghai China)

    Language Requirements: Fluent mandarin and English skills (speaking and writing)

    Travel Requirements: This position will require up to 20% domestic and international travel
