WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Work with Asia cross function teams and global partners to orchestrate key alignments of milestones and cross function actions against enterprise priority

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • More than 5 years experience in sport/retail industry with the understanding of retail marketplace and industry knowledge
  • Good team player and cross function collaboration skills, prefer cross functional project experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, prefer global communication experience
  • Strategic thinking and good analytical skills, prefer strategy/analysis experience

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Drive disciplined operation management with global team and geo cross functional team, establish end to end orchestration of game plan
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase effectiveness, efficiency and connection of our enterprise workflows and process
  • Orchestrate critical milestones to drive alignment within geo and with global team, enable effective feedback through geo insights
  • Orchestrate cross functional plans against enterprise priorities, support fidelity of plans and multi season view of enterprise progress against strategy
  • Develop framework to define geo go to market approach and strategy
