WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Day-to-day, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary Nike creative team including designers, copywriters, creative leaders, and producers. You will also collaborate with a wide range of external agencies and creative partners, building strong relationships across an extended creative network.
On projects, you will partner closely with Brand Creative teammates and cross-functional teams such as Brand Management, Sports Marketing, Comms, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Health & Safety and Procurement.
You will also collaborate closely with peers in EMEA Brand Creative Production based in Hilversum, Paris and London, as well as the broader Nike production network across Global & other Geo teams.
You will report directly into the Manager, Brand Creative, Production.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
Day-to-day, you will lead projects and production workstreams across content, digital and physical experiences, and retail. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative work while ensuring strong operational execution.
You will independently manage all aspects of creative production including art buying/sourcing creative talent, managing contracts, budgets, and finances, building project timelines, overseeing production on set or at live events, and delivering post-production. On some projects, you will manage junior producers, delegating work within larger projects and guiding them to successful delivery.
You will act as a creative thought-partner. Collaborating with creative peers to develop ideas and strengthen Nike’s storytelling. You will recommend and introduce creative talent, agencies, and production partners who can bring concepts to life. You will plan production strategically, balancing creative ambition with business priorities.
Beyond individual projects, you will contribute to team-wide initiatives that improve how the production team works. You will share expertise, help develop new ways of working and mentor junior team members as they grow in their production skills. You will actively support the wider Brand Creative team, taking part in team moments and events that foster a culture of sport, creative excellence, inclusion, and collaboration.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Strong passion for creativity, sports and culture.
Experience producing across multiple formats including content, digital and physical experiences, and retail.
Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and leading through ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively and be a strong team player.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and simplify complex information.
Proven experience managing timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Ability to identify challenges, understand underlying concerns, and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Ability to build positive relationships within your immediate team and across cross-functional partners.
Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
Forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.
