WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Jordan Brand Purpose is seeking a Global Senior Professional to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution across all Purpose initiatives. This role is critical in overseeing end-to-end processes—including grantmaking, compliance, reporting, and agreement management—to maintain platform integrity and system functionality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in synthesizing measurement and evaluation data to optimize impact. This individual will lead key operational elements such as purpose seeding, event waivers, product fulfillment, and employee community engagement programs.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
On a typical day, you will collaborate closely with the Purpose team to coordinate logistics and ensure the successful delivery of Purpose programming, manage grant and PO processing, fulfill seasonal product requests, and maintain responsive communication through email and meetings. You will play a key role in partnering with cross-functional teams to amplify employee community engagement opportunities and support seamless execution of operational tasks. This position offers hands-on experience in contract and grant management, while also supporting a range of operational management activities. Your work will help drive the effectiveness and impact of our initiatives, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with the Jordan Brand Purpose team, cross-functional partners in Legal, Finance, and Community Impact, as well as external nonprofit organizations and community-based programs. You will report to the Director, Purpose, Global Jordan, and collaborate with team members responsible for programming and agency partnerships.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow through on tasks.
• Systems Management Experience: Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, Salesforce, and other workflow or data management platforms.
• Project Coordination: Skilled in planning, tracking progress, and aligning stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in documentation, reporting, and process execution.
• Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify process gaps and implement efficient solutions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments and learning new systems quickly.
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience working with nonprofit organizations and community-based programs.
• High level of integrity, discretion and ability to retain confidential information
• Passion and/or expertise for the Jordan Brand
