As part of the GC Retail Marketing team, you are the visionary strategist and storyteller who build the future of marketing – and the skeleton off of which the ecosystem is built – within Nike’s retail fleet. You’re going to create consumer -distinct, scalable Retail Marketing Strategies that drive the brand and the business.

As part of the GC Concept Experience team, your role will include adopting and optimizing global retail marketing capabilities and strategies that drive Nike-Only distinction. Drive GC C4C Retail Concepts Strategy to unleash FOP opportunities. Elevate our GC retail concepts at scale and maintain retail brand standard across the GC fleet. Develop & deliver Service & Experience Strategy for both Global & C4C concepts.

You will work with different function squads, Concept and marketplace counterparts, spanning from global to city teams to bring these strategies and visions to life.

Key Partnership:

  • X-functional Retail marketing & Brand Creative teams including RB, VM, RP, EKIN, Store Design and Storytelling Design.
  • X-functional marketplace teams including Retail Concept, Field, CARE, Account and Merch.
  • Global Retail Marketing and Concept Experience counterparts

Job Responsibility:

  • Perfect consumer journeys for assigned retail stores focused on storytelling framework and principle across product, service & experience, inclusive of value engineered marketing playbooks, toolkits and process.
  • Obsess the details and power up the retail fundamentals, through partnership with x-functional teams to build the storytelling & iconic store experience needs and make sure the deliverables are retail right.
  • Apply data, insights and learnings to map out consumer journeys and adapt global plans and briefs to fit within the GC marketplace.

Experience Required (Soft skills):

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree, minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience.
  • Creatively oriented will be essential to push outside the box thinking
  • Has a passion to build ‘new’ ways of doing/thinking
  • Has innate curiosity to learn and grow, professionally.
  • Is familiar with English and can write/speak fluently.
