As the leader of the Geo EKIN/EXP team, you be athlete* missionaries in Greater China and its entrepreneurial spirit alive through personal and meaningful relationship with athletes* at scale.
You will also design and activate experiences to connect our members to sport for life, and will support and empower store teams to build, grow and engage with communities anywhere in China.
Scope of work:
- Drive inspiration, energy and education for Firstline against seasonal brand priorities that directly impact consumer experience in assigned CFOPs.
- Create scalable solutions and broad-based tools that deliver consistent EKIN trialing experiences.
- Ignite store communities at scale to make athlete* dreams real.
- Deliver EKIN and scaling toolkit to CARE/ND team for athletes training, create impact across the entire marketplace
- Build strong partnership with Global EKIN/GC CFOP squad/Merch team, focused on seasonal opportunities, idea sharing, and providing insightful soundbites/feedback to inform process and tool improvements.
Key counterparts:
- Marketing: Retail Marketing and CFOP brand
- Marketplace: CARE and ND team including ND and NSP team
- Merch: FOP merch (FTW/APP)
Key requirements:
- Passion for sports or sneaker culture
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, retail marketing or product related team. Multi-national company is preferred.
- Communication Skill: fluence English speaking & writing.
- Leadership: with people management experience.
