As the VISUAL MERCHANDISING. CONCEPT Sr. Professional for Greater China, responsible for overseeing the develop and execution of holistic concept visual merchandising strategies to elevate the consumer experience. In this role, you will be the one concept lead and pioneer to drive integration with GC functions for key project which would become a sustainable and scalable program for the marketplace. In this role, you are accountable to oversee which maintain at a premium level for brand narrative. Closely work with city cluster concept lead for feedback and quick response from all functions are needs to drive concept excellence.

In partnership with your extended team, you must be connected in to the retail marketplace to understand consumer, marketplace and retail trends and insights to ensure you are driving。

In this role, you will be expected to leverage and apply the Leadership Defined framework and principles to establish inspiring and challenging goals and strategies that drive growth for both you and the business, while also positively influencing and guiding members of the VM team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop long and short-term Visual Merchandising & Styling concept strategies and plans to deliver the marketplace vision for retail concept.
  • Create GC frameworks, plans, and tools by concept.
  • Cooperation with merchandising on assortment strategies and opportunities.
  • Reset and pilot project for concept through visual merchandising & styling from consumer insights.
  • Relook at the responsibilities of the concept team, based on team capabilities and prioritize.
  • Set and lead the vision for the Retail Lab of the future to support of the shape of the season by driving innovative product and consumer experiences that power and serve city clusters.
  • Define clear working process with X-function and make sure work smoothly.
  • Deliver VMS concept direction by seasonal.
  • CLC project kick off, zoning review, express your clear point of view or suggestions from VMS expertise.
  • Work closely with city team for make sure directive download by concept in key doors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Typically requires a 4-year college degree and minimum of 8 years directly relevant work experience
  • Experience leading high performing teams and managing cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and compelling presentation skills.
  • Agile, flexible and creative thinker.
  • Typical office job with no special physical requirements
  • Some travel required for market visits and select door opening setup.
  • Good commend of written and oral.
