As a Retail Producer, you are a key partner in this mission—bridging creative vision with operational execution to deliver world-class retail experiences that drive brand distinction and business impact.

Who You Are

You are a passionate, detail-oriented producer with a deep understanding of retail environments and creative production. You thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments and are known for your ability to manage complex projects with precision and creativity.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management and retail production within agencies or global brands.
  • Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, spatial design deliverables, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; a collaborative team player who inspires others.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English (verbal & written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in retail design, fixture/event production, or store development.

What You Work On

You will lead the end-to-end production of Nike’s seasonal retail and store design projects—from concept to execution—ensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of retail and in-real-life (IRL) experiences, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive project schedules, design deliverables, and review cadences across all stages.
  • Coordinate site due diligence, design development, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Facilitate sampling, prototyping, and vendor collaboration to ensure execution meets Nike’s standards.
  • Commission and manage / explore creative partners, agencies, and production vendors.
  • Maintain documentation, learnings, and integration into retail standards.

Who You Work With

You will collaborate daily with Nike’s internal Brand Creative and Retail Design teams, including designers, art directors, and creative leaders. You’ll also work closely with:

  • Cross-functional teams: Marketing, Retail Brand, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Procurement.
  • External partners: Architects, agencies, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Global and Geo stakeholders to align on creative and operational goals.
