Based at Nike's European Headquarters in Hilversum, the Netherlands, you will join the EMEA Sports Marketing team. Our mission is to ensure Nike partners with the right clubs, federations, athletes, and organizations to strengthen our position as the world's leading sports brand. Within this team, you'll play a critical role in delivering operational excellence across our football portfolio, ensuring our contracted partners receive best-in-class service and support while driving efficiency and process improvement across the business.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sports Marketing Clubs & Federations Operations Manager and collaborate closely with teammates across Sports Marketing Operations in both EMEA and Global teams. In addition, you'll partner with Sports Marketing field teams across EMEA and APLA, Supply Chain, Distribution Center Operations, and the Global Football Apparel team to ensure seamless execution and delivery for our contracted clubs and federations.

YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience in operations, supply chain, demand planning, allocation, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering operational excellence.
- A continuous improvement mindset and experience identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Ability to build effective partnerships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with external partners, customers, teams, leagues, athletes, or wholesale accounts.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business systems such as SAP/S4, Cognos, Tableau, or similar planning and reporting platforms.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is considered a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the Account Specialist for Clubs & Federations Operations, you will help ensure the successful execution of Nike's product and service commitments to contracted football clubs and federations across EMEA.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing seasonal product planning activities, including line plan reviews, forecasting, inbound tracking, and delivery planning.
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting allocation decisions to ensure product availability and partner satisfaction.
- Coordinating operational processes and administrative activities required to support our football partners.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes and drive greater efficiency across the Sports Marketing Operations function.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, improve execution, and ensure a premium service experience for Nike's clubs and federations portfolio.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects that support operational excellence and the continued evolution of Sports Marketing Operations.
