Role Overview

As a Senior Visual Merchandising Professional, you will be responsible for leading VM execution and team delivery across assigned key doors. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Director, you will translate seasonal VM strategy into clear execution plans and ensure consistent, premium presentation across stores. You will lead a small VM team, partner closely with cross‑functional teams, and play a critical role in bringing Converse stories to life in the marketplace.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of seasonal VM direction across assigned stores, ensuring alignment with global and regional guidelines.

Manage, coach, and develop VM Specialists to deliver consistent and high‑quality VM execution.

Own VM performance in key and top‑tier stores, ensuring premium standards are maintained throughout the season.

Partner with COMMERCIAL, MERCH, and RM teams to support seasonal priorities, product focus, and storytelling.

Support pilot projects and new VM initiatives by driving execution, tracking results, and providing clear feedback.

Conduct regular store visits to review execution quality, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Support VM‑related training initiatives in collaboration with Retail Operations.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fashion, or Retail‑related fields.

5–7 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably within sports or fashion brands.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple doors or projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of store execution, product presentation, and consumer journey.

Effective communication skills and confidence in cross‑functional collaboration.

Fluent in Mandarin; working proficiency in English is preferred.

Passion for Converse culture, creativity, and retail excellence.
