WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be a member of the Nike Direct Stores Real Estate team and report into one of the Real Estate Portfolio Manager in the department. In this hyper dynamic environment, you need to be on the offense to drive clarity and move with speed to achieve the needed results. You will support to build and execute retail real estate portfolio plans through strong collaboration with the real estate portfolio managers in alignment with Field leadership, Store construction, Facilities, Finance, Business and Legal teams. Externally you will manage retail real estate brokers and support negotiations with landlords and investors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced retail real estate professional with a strong foundation in complex deal-making and negotiations. A person with a proven track record working for a retail brand in a highly matrixed organization. A person with a collaborative mindset yet able to push the boundaries to achieve business goals.

  • Foundational experience in retail real estate (management, acquisition, optimization) for an international retailer working on a regional and/or global scope! This role requires an immediately operationalized individual

  • Experience supporting new acquisition as well as existing portfolio optimization projects from research, project kick off, negotiations, lease analysis to handover in close collaboration with the Real Estate Portfolio Managers.

  • Analytical, communication, presentation and negotiating skills – you will have a very high number of internal & external partners that you handle that requires tailored communication & collaboration styles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively run multiple priorities

  • Results driven, you will remain a strong teammate with positive attitude

  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team

  • Proficiency in English is crucial, both written and verbally

  • Strong knowledge of excel & a solid understanding of SmartSheets

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior Specialist Real Estate, you will support to build and drive the execution of portfolio plans through excellent cross functional collaboration: negotiating leases and delivering successful new store locations, enlargements and optimization that enables Nike to achieve its growth and profitability targets.

  • Support detailed site assessments process

  • Supervising and driving actions on critical dates and lease obligations 

  • Optimizing the existing store portfolio by conducting renegotiations 

  • Assist financial modelling & business case planning 

  • Handling real estate agencies to support the transaction process 

  • Negotiating letter of intents, lease amendments and lease agreements 

  • Prepare board approval documentation and coordinating approvals processes 

  • Building marketplace reality (rent levels) and (real estate) reviews of existing stores

  • Control pipeline reports and other project related reporting

  • Support the preparation of Fleet reviews and business review meetings

Role closes Thursday April 9th 2026 (End of Day) and is not available for relocation
