WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Part of the Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Integrated Retail Marketing (IRM) team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Brand/Experience. You’ll collaborate with Visual Merchandising & Styling, EKINs, Brand Management, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) teams, plus external agencies and vendors.

A strategic, creative marketer passionate about sport, culture, and storytelling. This role demands vision and execution—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and elevates Nike’s retail presence through innovation and consumer insight.
Required Qualifications:
Based in Singapore
Minimum 3 years in retail or brand marketing
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong project management and communication skills
Background in sport, youth culture, or retail
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Lead retail brand strategy for Run/Train across Nike Stores in SEA&I. Drive seasonal priorities, product launches, and activations that deliver premium consumer experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute retail brand plans for Run/Train
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns to Nike Direct Stores
Align seasonal processes and brand standards across SEA&I and APLA
Partner with Visual Merchandising, EKINs, and IRM teams for holistic plans
Manage agencies, vendors, and budgets to ensure flawless execution
