NikeSKIMS and Training North America Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales teams
Cross-functional partners across:
Product (Footwear, Apparel, Equipment)
Marketplace Operations & Launch
Planning and Supply Chain
Key stakeholders and leaders across the North America marketplace and global teams
Success in this role requires building trusted relationships across the matrix and influencing without direct authority.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Business Integration to support our NIKESKIMS and TRAINING teams for the marketplace. We are looking for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. This individual brings strong business acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to connect cross-functional teams to deliver against Nike’s most critical product and marketplace moments.

What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
4+ years of retail experience project/systems management or Sales operations
4+ years of experience in sales, operations, merchandising, or business integration
Strong knowledge of Nike business processes, systems, and marketplace dynamics
Proven ability to lead and influence across highly matrixed organizations
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Sales Business Integration Senior focused on NikeSKIMS and Training, you will drive end-to-end integration across the business to ensure product launches and seasonal strategies are executed with precision and excellence.
You will:
Lead end-to-end integration of product launches, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Marketplace Operations
Translate business strategies into clear, executable plans across systems, processes, and teams
Identify and mitigate risks related to contracting, allocation, inventory flow, and launch readiness
Drive operational excellence and consistency across seasonal and inline business processes
Act as a single point of truth for cross-functional partners, ensuring clarity on timelines, priorities, and decisions
Enable teams to execute with confidence by simplifying complex processes and removing friction points
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product launches and marketplace execution
Manage and coordinate key business milestones across the seasonal offense calendar
Identify and resolve operational risks proactively, ensuring no downstream impact to consumers or partners
Partner with teams to ensure accurate and timely product setup, allocation, and delivery readiness
Facilitate clear communication and decision-making across stakeholders
Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale operations
