WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the North America Partners Go‑To‑Market (NA PGTM) team, building strong relationships and working cross‑functionally with Account Directors, Sport Sales Directors, and other internal teams. This role works closely with senior Nike leaders and executive stakeholders from Nike’s most strategic wholesale partners to deliver high‑impact sales and planning experiences as a trusted senior individual contributor and rep of the brand. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Event Planner who brings strong operational rigor, sound judgment, and a service‑oriented mindset. You have experience leading complex, high‑visibility events and are comfortable navigating fast‑paced, matrixed environments. You balance attention to detail with the ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and make confident decisions in real time. 
 
You are energized by collaboration, trusted by senior stakeholders, and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done. You bring a process‑centric, relationship-driven approach to planning, leverage technology to increase efficiency, and take pride in delivering seamless, high‑quality experiences for internal and external partners. 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in meeting and event planning, including hotel operations, catering, and travel logistics 
    Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training 
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex events with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities 
  • Proven ability to support senior leaders and executive‑level audiences 
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills 
  • Ability to travel and provide onsite support for events at PHK HQ as required 
  • This role is based in Beaverton, OR and is not eligible for remote work 
  • Nike external Partners” so it is clear that the role will be external facing, representing the Nike Brand

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of partner‑facing and internal events that support Nike’s North America Go‑To‑Market strategy. You will manage logistics, budgets, and onsite delivery while working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful experiences. 

  • Plan and execute GTM sales meetings, seasonal KAPM (Key Account Planning Meeting) selling sessions, and Sport Partner Summits from concept through onsite delivery 
  • Manage all event logistics, including registration, travel, hotels, transportation, catering, offsite dinners, and amenities (swag)
  • Provide hands‑on onsite and offsite event support, including badging, vendor coordination, and real‑time issue resolution 
  • Own event budgets, track expenses, manage purchase orders, and partner with Finance to ensure fiscal accountability 
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously, each with unique timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables 
  • Partner with Nike leaders and external executives to shape agendas, attendee experience, and event objectives 
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes through various tools such as CVENT, Airtable, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint and Box 
  • Proficient/Intermediate capabilities required in Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote and Airtable in order to identify, create and implement process & planning opportunities
