Senior Sales Rep, Footlocker

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Senior Partner Representative for Footlocker, managing one of the dimensions of our business with Footlocker EMEA. Someone with already 2-3 years of Sales/Partner management experience, specifically managing a portfolio of accounts is a plus.

The best candidate for the role is someone who has a strong personality that will fit perfectly in our team! A person with a high level of energy that is motivated to help build and lead the next chapter with Foot Locker EMEA, turning around the business and our partnership with the account after the reset of the past year. We need to bring back revenue and market share growth for Nike Inc. while supporting Footlocker in their relaunch after the DSG takeover and the massive investment plans they have lined up for the coming years.

Not mandatory, but an understanding/interest in Sneaker culture as well as the Basketball space (culture + performance) is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be responsible for growing Nike Inc’s revenue, market share and profitability for your business by driving the strategy, landing the seasonal stories and right assortment (breadth and depth) to serve your target consumer. Next to these core responsabilities you will be asked to lead initiatives & projects that span across our total business.

Main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results

  • Plan your accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge

  • Lead the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at youraccount (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.

  • Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across Account platform ecosystem

  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account.

  • High standard to sophisticated partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently, through higher problem solving skills, and contributing to the collective team performance.

  • Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge,…) where relevant and within T&E budget.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly into the Sales Director of Footlocker. Next to you, there are other Partner Reps focusing on different areas of the Footlocker business. In the role, you'll work closely with your X-functional partners from Planning, Marketing and Operations to drive strategic and seasonal alignment. And most you will work with key stakeholders from Foot Locker EMEA.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You bring a solid experience and proven efficiency in Sales, Merchandising or Planning mastering the different dimensions of the role: account management, hind sighting/analysis, forecasting, planning, assortment ownership, ..

  • You are a strong relationship builder, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.

  • You are proactive with excellent overall communications and presentation skills.

  • You are a collaborator with proven success in operating in teams and going after collective success.

  • A ‘Can-Do’ mentality, focusing on solutions ahead of problems.

  • A Growth Mindset, you are eager to learn and develop with a genuine interest in the sports industry and business in general.

  • Having a passion for Sport is not a must, but might make you more happy in this role.
