WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, the candidate will join the Sales team and report to the Partner Director, Sport Specialty, Sporting Goods and General FTW. The role focuses on shaping the commercial agenda, driving sustainable profitability, and managing relationships with key performance partners across France. The position leads one or two categories, with a clear goal to strengthen marketplace presence and deliver consumer impact. The candidate will collaborate closely with Merchandising, Operations (MSC), Planning, and Marketing to ensure strategies are executed effectively and consistently across accounts.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The team is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional with strong partner management capabilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketplace dynamics, combined with the ability to independently manage complex accounts. The candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and motivated to deliver meaningful result. They operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about elevating the consumer experience across channels.
- Proven experience in wholesale partner management
- Strong analytical and business planning skills to inform strategic decisions
- Expertise in retail planning, including optimizing inventory, gross margin, and assortment profitability
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Experience in the sports industry
- Proficiency in English and French
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will manage and grow your partner portfolio by delivering strong commercial performance and premium consumer experiences.
- Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth with your partners
- Plan account businesses, including forecasting, inventory management, and sell-out analysis
- Deliver premium seasonal experiences that reflect partner needs and unlock growth opportunities
- Execute assortments and seasonal strategies aligned with merchandising frameworks
- Optimize in-season performance through trading and replenishment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless Go-To-Market execution
Position will be posted until 7th of July. Relocation is not offered for this role.
