WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative, Sportswear, for the AGS region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). Based in Mainhausen in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area, this role will support one of our most strategic key accounts: Intersport AGS.
This position requires strong communication skills in English and German, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer management.
The ideal candidate brings broad curiosity for the international sports market and a willingness to travel.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will own and drive sales operations for the lifestyle category, leading growth within one of our most strategic accounts.
You will define and execute sales strategies, track customer, competitor, and market dynamics, and translate insights into clear, actionable plans. You will lead research, business development, and sales administration, as well as develop and execute semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets with strategic partners.
By applying strong customer service skills and deep product and marketplace expertise, you will build trusted relationships and consistently drive sustainable growth and target achievement.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In the Nike Matrix, the Senior Sales Representative will collaborate within a dynamic team environment and work directly with counterparts across European headquarters and the Nike Sportswear organization. The role reports to the Director of Intersport, AGS.

• Experience in sales and/or account management within the sports or lifestyle industry
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate market and consumer insights into strategic actions
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
