WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Based in Nike’s Barcelona office, you will join the Lifestyle Channels Sales team for Spain and Portugal, reporting to the Lifestyle Channels Sales Director. You will be accountable for the Nike Sportswear category within the El Corte Inglés Nike Sales team.

You will collaborate with El Corte Inglés teams (buyers, planners, marketers, and leadership) and Nike cross-functional Sports & Lifestyle teams across the territory and EMEA (merchandisers, assortment planners, marketers, supply chain, and leadership)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join Nike’s Lifestyle team for Spain and Portugal. You will manage key categories and business processes for partners across marketplace channels, with key focus in department stores. This role requires strong commercial expertise, relationship-building skills, and a passion for sport, sneakers and/or the fashion industry.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in sales account management or commercial roles. A background in retail, buying, business planning, or merchandising is a plus
  • Experience in sports lifestyle, sneakers, denim, or fashion, with a genuine interest in culture
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional and multi-geography teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consulting skills
  • Business planning experience with an analytical, KPI-driven mindset
  • Retail planning skills, leveraging data to optimize inventory and margins
  • Financial and planning acumen
  • Experience in assortment building and customer marketing activities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Your goal is to grow revenue, margin, and market share for Nike within your account by executing strategy and delivering seasonal stories and assortments that serve your target consumer.

You will:

  • Build a strategic business plan for your category within the partner
  • Develop seasonal assortments using merchandising frameworks, ensuring strong product flow and optimizing in-season performance
  • Plan the account business through forecasts and scenario planning, leveraging category, consumer, and marketplace insights
  • Manage partner relationships and ensure high-quality product and storytelling execution across digital and physical channels
  • Help create a seamless consumer experience across online and offline touchpoints, with a focus on product launch journeys
  • Contribute to driving net revenue growth and profitability by managing end-to-end account performance
  • Maintain strong partnership standards and actively contribute to overall team success
  • Deliver a positive and collaborative partner experience at sell-in, co-owning showroom execution with cross-functional teams
  • Support consistent market presence through retail visits, staff engagement, and competitor insights, within budget
