WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a TEAM we regularly interact with Materials Management, Purchasing and Inventory teams and Technology partners globally. It is our responsibility to partner with program, product and engineering peers to ensure we are aligning appropriate technology outcomes with prioritized product initiatives. Beyond our team, collaboration with other global engineering teams, business stakeholders, and technical peers to ensure solutions delivered by our team is essential.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our SAP FTR team, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Material Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on SAP MM or SAP AFS implementations and configurations

  • Proven experience leading SAP MM projects and teams

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Material Management modules

  • Programming skills in ABAP and other relevant technologies preferred

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation a plus

  • Knowledge of SAP SD/OTC & Finance modules is a plus

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Certified SAP Associate or Professional certification (AFS MM or S/4HANA FASHION)

  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics

  • Knowledge of industry-specific Material Management solutions (e.g., Retail, banking, healthcare)

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP AFS MM solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA MM, S/4 FASHION)

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions

  • Configure and customize SAP AFS/MM modules (e.g., Material Master, Pricing, MRP, Purchase Requisitions/ Purchase Orders, ASN, Inventory Movements)

  • Create functional specifications and Gap documents for the SAP development teams and participate in unit testing, UAT and QM testing

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP AFS/MM solutions

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP AFS.MM system issues

  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

  • Collaborate with the product manager to develop project plans, estimates, and resource allocation

  • Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases, updates, and industry trends
