The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,100.00 in our lowest geographic market to $164,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role partners closely with the Sales and Planning teams in the Chicago office, working at the heart of Nike’s marketplace offense. The Showroom Supervisor reports to the Senior Sales Director and collaborates with cross‑functional teammates across Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing, while also engaging directly with external account buyers, planners, and leadership teams.

They bring strong operational instincts, the ability to lead others, and a commitment to keeping the showroom running flawlessly so the team can focus on serving athletes and partners.
They bring:
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including samples and sales materials

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the operational engine behind the Chicago showroom—managing the space, the samples, and the systems that power key moments with Nike’s retail partners. You’ll create environments that inspire buyers, support the Sales team, and elevate every touchpoint of the showroom experience.
In this role, you will:
  • Build agendas, coordinate calendars, and manage logistics for retailer meetings, partnering closely with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing
  • Manage merchandising activities to create an on‑brand, consumer‑right showroom environment
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management for repairs, maintenance, technical needs, and security
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, including supplies, vendor management, shipping/receiving, and expense oversight
  • Complete personal and manager expense reports with accuracy and urgency
  • Lead the full Sample Management process—receiving, labeling, organizing, tracking, and returning quarterly sample lines
  • Ensure all samples are accurately inventoried and returned by the required deadlines
