Responsibilities:
• Develop and update the product performance analysis reports regularly to identify current sales trends, opportunities, and recommended action plans.
• Manage online product presentations to ensure the productivity in all customer-facing pages. And analyze the pages to further enhance user experiences, eventually improve the conversion rate.
• Initial seasonal product initiatives to better drive in-season sales.
• Well collaborate with cross functional teams, including business operation team, marketing team, digital merchandising team and site operation team, to maximize the business of each campaign and product launch.
• Lead TP team to deliver comprehensive site journey product briefs as well as campaign launch.
• Competitive Landscape: Trace competitors' online presence, including on mobile and social media, with specific callouts to innovation and newness.
Job requirement:
• 5+ years experiences in eCommerce / leading brands
• Strong communication skills
• University graduate or above
• Skilled in Microsoft office tool; Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Self-motivation and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English Presentation
Experience/Background:
Strong sense of business, Tmall Or JingDong working-experience preferred.
Familiar on Product knowledge and good at data analysis
Personality/Others:
Sense of fashion/trends
Detail oriented under pressure
Think over and have innovative ideas
