WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We’re seeking an experienced O9 Consultant to join our Global Technology team at Converse. This role will focus on Merch Financial Planning and configuration within the O9 platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Planning, and Analytics—to deliver technology solutions that drive business planning and supply chain excellence. You’ll work closely with program leads, engineers, and key business stakeholders to enable Converse to optimize product allocation, inventory, and financial planning processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This position is ideal for a seasoned O9 Consultant with a strong background in Merch Financial Planning and platform configuration. The ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing O9 solutions, specifically in Merch Financial Planning.

  • Proven expertise in retail, supply chain, or business planning domains.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of agile principles and practices, with a track record of growing high-performing teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to bridge technology and business strategy.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.

  • Experience working with other planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Kinaxis, Logility, Blue Yonder, SAP) is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the configuration, development, and maintenance of O9 applications supporting Merch Financial Planning and global business decisions.

  • Partner with product managers, data analysts, and supply chain stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust O9 solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize planning applications, driving continuous improvement in financial planning and supply chain processes.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver results.

  • Integrate data sources and APIs to enable real-time insights into merchandising and financial performance.

  • Contribute to the advancement of engineering practices and team workflows.
