Who You'll Work With
This role sits on the North America Stores Development Programs (SDP) team and is part of the broader North America Business Operations (NA Biz Ops) team. The SDP team creates meaningful, equitable development experiences that support career growth, talent readiness, and deeper connection to the Brand and business purpose. Through a blend of experiential and developmental learning, the team designs and delivers programs that strengthen capability, accelerate talent, and build strong learning communities across North America retail. This role partners extensively across functions, collaborating with teams in Human Resources, North America and Global Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and other enterprise partners to bring the full suite of development programs to life.

You’re comfortable executing on program strategies, translating direction into action, while spotting opportunities to elevate the participant experience through thoughtful processes, tools, and storytelling. You are equally comfortable managing databases, problem solving, thinking strategically and creatively, synthesizing feedback, updating tools and collateral, creating narrative and presentations that bring the work to life for leaders, participants and stakeholders.

What You Will Work On
You will play a critical role in supporting the execution and evolution of development programs. This role is foundational to program success and focuses on operational rigor, participant experience support, and enablement of future growth. You’ll support key initiatives, development moments, and milestones, while building systems and routines that drive clarity, consistency, and collaboration across the team.
You will work closely with the SDP function and key cross-functional partners to ensure programs are well-supported, insights are captured and shared, tools and resources stay current, and processes scale effectively. Your work will help surface wins, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement across SDP; while also supporting key initiatives within the broader NA Biz Ops team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Help operationalize new and existing work streams to ensure clarity and consistency
- Experience gathering, synthesizing, and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into clear takeaways
- Execute key initiatives and development milestones in partnership with program leads
- Design and deliver communication strategies that amplify program visibility and impact
- Partner appropriately with cross functional teams and key stakeholders (i.e. Human Resources, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Store Leadership, NA Store and Business Operations, etc.) to execute key initiatives and milestones
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies designing sustainable systems, tools and resources that enhance the Program’s performance and impact
- Support storytelling and education efforts through presentation creation, communications and visibility strategist that amplify program impact
- Help operationalize new and existing workstreams by developing clear, efficient and aligned processes
- Partner with the broader operations function based on business needs
