WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Our mission for Pacific Supply Chain Solutions Delivery is to serve as the capability engine of the Pacific Supply Chain - translating strategy into action by designing, building, and scaling solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
You will report to the Territory Supply Chain Solution Delivery Manager (Pacific) and work closely with the Solutions Delivery team and various Pacific Supply Chain teams. Key partners will include Logistics, Operations, Planning/IFP (Integrated Fulfilment Planning), Inventory, and Commercial functions, along with Nike’s Technology teams.
The role will have high engagement with cross-functional stakeholders at both the Pacific territory and APLA geo levels, acting as the connective link between business, technology, and operations to ensure alignment and execution at pace. You will also collaborate with global and geo teams as needed to localize and scale innovations. Peer collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team is expected.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Solution Delivery Senior Specialist, you will ensure that supply chain enhancements are validated, standardized, and embedded into daily operations. Acting as an executional arm of the Pacific Supply Chain capability team, you will support end-to-end delivery of new supply chain capabilities – from intake and design through testing, deployment, and stabilization.
You will focus on accelerating improvements in service, cost, and reliability by bridging business needs with technology solutions. Additional tasks and responsibilities include:
Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking, maintaining dashboards to monitor key metrics and progress.
Support training delivery and documentation of new or improved processes, creating guides and standard operating procedures to ensure scalability and repeatability.
Contribute to the intake and prioritization process for new initiatives by validating business requirements, assessing feasibility, and providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
Execute system integration and optimization testing for new tools and processes, ensuring they function as intended and that end-to-end workflows remain stable.
Partner with Solution Delivery teammates to implement agile sprint plans and deliver on quarterly capability goals, tracking milestones and ensuring timely execution of initiatives.
Assist in change management efforts, including facilitating user training, supporting stakeholder communications, and gathering feedback to ensure successful adoption and value realization of new capabilities
