Proven ability to influence across a matrix, using clear, data‑driven storytelling
Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with planning tools and systems preferred
Strategic thinker who can balance consumer insight, financial rigor, and operational execution
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Build end‑to‑end, bottom‑up seasonal assortment and financial plans (sales, margin, inventory) at the style/color level aligned to sport strategies
Create pre‑season plans and manage in‑season optimization through rolling forecasts and weekly/monthly business recaps
Analyze POS, marketplace, and inventory performance to identify risk and opportunity, translating insights into clear actions
Lead Consumer Planning through ladder plan build‑out, developing clear depth, flow, and SKU architecture that reflects consumer demand, price‑value ladders, and franchise intent
Partner with Merchandising and Sport teams to ensure ladder plans are grounded in consumer insights, marketplace realities, and long‑term franchise health
Present plans, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners, influencing decisions across the seasonal horizon
