WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be on the Stores Flow Solution team within Global Capabilities—a group dedicated to defining, improving, and scaling the process and analytics foundations that enable Stores Flow performance worldwide. Stores Flow is Nike's end-to-end store supply capability; Stores IQ is the AI-enabled solution that delivers it.
You'll partner closely with Merch, Planning, MSC, Transportation, Stores, Technology, and regional teams to support process design, playbook development, adoption tracking, and performance measurement across the Stores IQ ecosystem. You'll collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and the Store Flow Optimization team to ensure process documentation and analytical outputs are practical, accurate, and aligned to business priorities.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, supply chain, computer science, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
- A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience in process management, business analysis, supply chain, retail operations, data analysis, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience supporting process improvement, solution design, or operating model work in retail, supply chain, or operations environments.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience with Tableau, Databricks, or Alteryx preferred.
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, training delivery, and user adoption support.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted or agent-supported workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will support the development, deployment, and sustainment of Stores Flow solution processes, playbooks, and performance measurement for the Stores IQ capability. You'll contribute to process documentation, adoption tracking, and analytical support that helps teams execute consistently across regions. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable process and data outputs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end process work for Stores IQ, including discovery, documentation, testing, adoption tracking, and post-launch stabilization across the Stores Flow solution lifecycle.
- Contribute to global process standards, playbooks, RACI models, and decision frameworks with the Stores Flow Solution team.
- Partner with Merch, Planning, MSC, Transportation, Stores, Technology, and regional teams to gather requirements and validate process solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Tableau, SQL, Excel, and related tools to monitor process health, adoption, and impact.
- Support root cause investigations and trade-off analyses by preparing data extracts, documenting findings, and recommending improvement actions.
- Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and change-support content to drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Track and report on adoption metrics, process outcomes, and open issues; escalate patterns and risks as appropriate.
- Support cross-functional and cross-geography alignment sessions by preparing materials, capturing decisions, and following through on action items.
- Document override patterns, process exceptions, and user feedback to inform continuous improvement and enhancement priorities.
