Typical Capabilities
Scope: Manages multiple professionals, but direct/indirect reports may include Associate track roles. Manages operational initiatives and achieves team goals through leading team.
Problem Solving: Applies evaluation and judgment to select the right course of action and uses sophisticated analytical or problem-solving skills to identify cause of issues. Utilizes past experience or precedent to identify solutions or adapt existing approaches to resolve the issue. Communicates information to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter.
Leadership: Accountable for meeting short-term to medium-term targets that impact the department or team. Responsible for performance management, pay, training and resourcing decisions.

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
