Job Purpose

As part of the GC Supply Chain Sales team, this role supports the Account Operations Senior Manager by identifying and scaling supply chain and retail capabilities across multiple strategic partners. The role serves as a central connector between account-facing functions, cross-function sales project teams and internal supply chain teams, aiming to support Nike win-now strategy by improving operational efficiency, enabling consistent service excellence across accounts and building Nike supply chain sales capabilities for future.

This is a cross-functional role that requires strong coordination, planning, communication skills as well as enthusiasm on innovation, with opportunities to support strategic pilots and capability roll-outs.

Key Responsibilities

•         Cross-Account Capability Enablement

Identify scalable supply chain and retail solutions from strategic accounts and support cross-account enablement across the marketplace.

•         Sales Team & Projects Partnership & Execution Support

Act as a key enabler for Sales team and projects in addressing account-specific needs by coordinating planning, delivery, and post-pilot feedback loops with internal functions.

•         Strategic Initiative Coordination

Support the execution of strategic projects (e.g. fulfilment model optimization, innovation projects & capability pilots) and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.

•         Tool & Process Management

Build and maintain working process and documents to track account deliverables and improve internal visibility.

Qualifications

•         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

•         6 years+ of experience in supply chain, sales & retail operations, or strategy implementation-related roles

•         Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

•         Analytical mindset with ability to structure insights into actionable plans

•         Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese

•         Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

•         Experience working in a matrix organization and supporting sales or customer-facing teams

•         Familiarity with supply chain or logistics-related service models in the retail industry

•         Passion for driving operational excellence with next-Gen technology and athletes*-first solutions
