WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In the EMEA Supply Chain In-Season Planning team, we are looking for someone with a proven capability of creating insightful reporting solutions and ability to use data analysis to solve business problems and communicate findings. Someone with a collaborative mindset along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is also critical. A naturally curious person who learns quickly, as you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of business domains.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Your core objective will be to provide relevant and accurate insights and data for the business teams to make better data-driven decisions. You will drive operational excellence to serve our supply chain teams through effective, detailed and timely business intelligence, reports and data driven recommendations. You will do this by creating visibility for the business teams in their daily processes through reports and dashboards, in support of business delivery towards our marketplace and operational KPIs. Working together with the wider data analyst community, you will work on varying initiatives with the overall objective to ensure an optimal flow of products into the marketplace. Occasionally you may be involved in creating decision excellence solutions to embed analytical tools to support or automate decision-making, as well as supporting the quantification of business cases to inform strategic growth plans. In summary, you will work ‘hands-on’ to create reporting & analytics solutions including Supporting the business teams with rich operational business intelligence, decision support solutions, reports, and self-service dashboards that simplify transactional work and unlock value creation:
Monitor & measure the health of the business through identifying and deploying success metrics in visualization
Provide data insights to balance cost and service while increasing stock turn as input to improvement cases
Visualize and communicate the outcomes and the story behind the numbers to stakeholders to create engagement and excitement
Collaborate with Seasonal Excellence, account facing, financial, planning and analytics teams to identify interdependencies across KPI’s to ensure a holistic understanding and alignment of changes to operational processes
Be an active member of the supply chain analyst network across the organization to collaborate, share and learn together

WHAT YOU BRING
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will bring:
- Advanced knowledge and proven experience in Reporting & Data Analysis (e.g. Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Excel, Cogno, and/or similar tools)
- An understanding of performance metrics (KPIs), root cause analysis and scenario planning with the ability to translate complex data sets into tangible business insights through visualization (e.g. graphs, tables)
- Preferably combined with an understanding an ideally hands-on experience with Advanced Analytics methods (Optimization, AI/ML, Python)
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning & Operations, preferably in an Omnichannel Retail context
