WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Marketplace Supply Chain Senior Specialist, you will own a healthy order book and drive best-in-class delivery performance for partners. You will manage day-to-day operational requirements across the supply chain and work closely with Sales, Partners, Operations, and Logistics teams.

You will partner with Sales to shape and execute seasonal plans that deliver against financial targets for your marketplace. You will collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to optimize the order book, remove friction, and improve service outcomes.

You act as a proactive individual with knowledge and experience in supply chain and retail/commercial acumen who will embody our quest to always be on the offense.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DELIVERABLES

  • Build a deep understanding of account requirements and service needs aligned to the Service Model Differentiation Framework. Partner cross-functionally to strengthen account relationships and support marketplace growth.

  • Lead operational calls, conduct order book audits, and facilitate order writing workshops to improve partner behaviors and increase supply chain efficiency.

  • Partner across NMP teams to develop, standardize, and scale best practices.

  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs with Business Analysts to track ship goals and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities and driving clear actions.

  • Contribute to Ship-to-Plan processes by collaborating with logistics, commercial, and external supply chain partners.

  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting that tracks in-season performance and forward-looking risks to ensure on-time delivery and efficient flow.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and ways of working.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience with Account/ Partner Management

  • Proven experience on Supply Chain Planning and Operations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and proactiveness

  • Ability to analyze data, influence stakeholders, and communicate insights clearly

  • Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau

  • Ability to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to short- and long-term supply chain strategies that drive continuous improvement
