They understand the full product creation journey—from concept to commercialization—and bring a proactive mindset to every phase, constantly seeking new ways to elevate product and process.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in textile development and/or product development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Science, Design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Deep expertise in textiles and print development, including knits, wovens, yarns, and colorways
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Product Data Management tools; experience with Smartsheet or Tableau is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You will drive the creation and development of innovative textile solutions. You’ll partner closely with design and product teams to deliver material palettes that balance performance, quality, and style—bringing new concepts to life from idea through adoption.
  • Collaborate with Design and Product Management to define and deliver textile palettes aligned to product vision
  • Develop materials that meet performance standards while elevating aesthetic direction
  • Partner cross-functionally with Innovation, Sustainability, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to bring materials to life
  • Monitor industry and consumer trends to inform material innovation and seasonal direction
