The annual base salary for this position ranges from $84,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $167,100.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The North America Transportation Team works within the Global Logistics Team to deliver a premium consumer experience with a relentless focus on reliability, precision, speed, quality, and cost.  To this end, you will be working closely with our distribution, customs and trade geo teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The North America Transportation team is setting a bold strategic vision to deliver merchandise at a pace that meets our consumer’s demand with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. As a Senior Transportation Analyst you will ensure our product moves from First through Final Mile legs in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Additionally you will help drive process and strategy enhancements that will stabilize and improve our Transportation network amidst a dynamic and ever-changing environment. What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or other related discipline. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Transportation field.  Experience in the footwear industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability utilize and monitor Key Performance Indicators to help drive efficiencies, enhancements, and exception management.
  • Strong analytical and data management experience – experience with Tableau a plus.
  • Organized and detail oriented, must be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide group presentations.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will oversee the tactical day-to-day processes that enable our product to move throughout our supply chain.  You will develop and maintain strong relationships with Logistics Service Partners to ensure operational performance and drive improvements.  You will own the forecasting process across all modes of transit and help implement and support the future Transportation strategy and roadmap.  With a key focus on sustainability, you will partner cross-functionally to ensure all targets are being achieved and new initiatives are supported.  Working closely with Finance and outsourced partners, you will be responsible for the freight audit and payment process to ensure timely payment processing and exception resolution.  Finally you will be responsible for all Transportation dashboards and reporting to provide visibility and improve operational performance.
