  • A true passion for the art and science of visual merchandising, styling, and storytelling

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, product merchandising, or related fields

  • Proven ability to create engaging, inspiring in-store displays—bonus points for experience in footwear & apparel

  • Skill in developing unique presentation solutions that excite consumers, drive sales, and amplify the Nike brand voice

  • Up-to-date knowledge of retail trends and innovations

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiating skills—bring your best to every conversation

  • Confident presentation and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote; Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp; Mac or Windows proficient)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As our Senior, Visual Merchandising Philippines, You’ll lead the seasonal planning and execution of Visual Merchandising for Nike Direct and multibrand stores in country - bringing both seasonal and evergreen brand stories to life, with your impact measured by the strength of our brand, the depth of consumer engagement, and the growth of the Nike Direct Stores and multibrand businesses.

  • Bring the Nike Seasonal and Always On Visual Merchandising and Styling strategies and directives to life, ensuring excellence and consistency across Nike Direct Stores and multibrand channels.

  • Work with Partner and Store VM Teams to ensure VMS standards are maintained, deliver seasonal VM training to in-store VM leaders, and assess performance through the in-store VM Audit process;

  • Collaborate with SEA&I VMS to develop monthly planograms for key doors, and cascade to Partner and Store VM Teams to execute and scale implementation.

  • Maintain knowledge about the unique features of key stores; utilize knowledge of store shopping patterns, layout, and competition.

  • Work with Partner and Store Teams to manage utilisation of VM Tools: props, signages and communication, mannequins, etc.

  • Support the implementation of store marketing seasonal and 365 initiatives and activations at retail that are driven by Integrated Retail Marketing Team and Country Brand Team (e.g. Nike Events @ Retail).

  • Be present in all major Nike store marketing activities and take ownership of project assignments.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You'll join our Philippines Marketing Team, a group of innovators dedicated to delivering elevated experiences that drive engagement and loyalty with the Nike brand. As a key team member:

  • You will report to the Country Integrated Retail Marketing Manager with a dotted line to the Country Marketing Director.

  • You will lead and mentor a team of individuals from our VM agencies.

  • Work with cross functional teams from Merchandising, Retail Brand, Account Marketing, VMS, EKIN Experience, Brand Marketing, Nike Direct Digital, Account and Partner Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Store Partners and multibrand teams both internal & external, and agency partners.

  • You will be working with a diverse team of Nike people who are based in Manila, SEA&I HQ in Singapore, and APLA HQ in Portland.
