Senior WMS Support Engineer - Nike Retail Services Inc - Memphis, TN. Analysis, design, implementation, operations, and support of the organization's IT resources, systems, and software/database products; develop information technology strategies, polices and plans; coordinate software issues with development and operation resources and supports configuration, security, monitoring, and reporting processes; integrate and communicate moderately complex information to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Act as a resource to teammates; evaluate and select the right course of action using research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills; implement enhancements, data migration, system migration, and integration projects; discuss and provide solutions to new business requirements; and perform configuring, development testing, and production support for WMS Systems, Material Handling Equipment Systems, RF Technology, and Manhattan Frameworks. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, HI, MT, NC, ND, SD, VT, and WY.
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
