WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Reporting into the Site Merchandiser, Manager you will closely partner with different global and local stakeholders across the organization including Digital Experience, Digital Marketing, Site Operations, Buying/Planning and Analytics departments to provide a stable and world-class e-commerce experience. You will join a talented team of individuals that are looking forward to work closely with you.
Preferred experience in site merchandising or a digital trading environment.
Ability to collaborate and adapt quickly within a fast-paced team environment across the organization.
Preferred understanding of e-commerce best practices or product buying cycle.
Commercial awareness with a strong interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mindset.
Since there is operational work involved this is what you bring: ability to manage own workload, organizational skills with attention to deadlines, use of Excel and dashboards.
Experience with data analytics tools, such as Content Square, Adobe Analytics, Tableau.
Highly computer literate, preferably with knowledge of website systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
Understanding of the major components supporting a commercial/trading e-commerce site.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Site Merchandiser I will deliver a world-class site experience for Converse.com, which inspires new customers and builds loyal and lasting relationships with existing customers. Working cross-functionally, you will partner with local stakeholders such as Buying, Planning, Experience, and Analytics to deliver an on-site merchandise strategy through product storytelling. You’ll use customer insights and data to execute visual merchandising through category pages, navigation, and more that to drive engagement and conversion.
Following the seasonal Go-To-Market calendar, identify opportunities to optimize revenue and customer engagement through visual merchandise storytelling, navigation, search, email marketing, and more.
Weekly maintenance of on-site category merchandising and features including site search, filters, navigation, and product information.
Execute on-site content to elevate campaigns across the site.
Support the digital direct business with seasonal product setup and product activation in collaboration with local and global teams.
Analyse financial results weekly throughout the conversion funnel.
Utilize analytics tools to identify shortfalls, drive course corrections & make recommendations to maximize conversion.
Partners with Buying and Planning to maximize inventory, ensuring in-stock position to support marketing moments and develop strategies to address underperforming categories in your line of business.
Partner with Analytics team to create and utilize dashboards.
Run and analyse digital merchandising reports on a weekly & monthly basis, understanding when and where to react to customer behaviour.
